Ride Receipts Transaction File

After the Master Files have been set up, you are ready to post the ticket counts. The Current Day Screen will show the transactions (ticket counts) that have been entered for the current day. If you click the Add pushbutton, the Ticket Count Transactions screen will appear and you will enter the Ride #, count and ticket price. The program will calculate the dollar amount and the transaction will added to the Current Day screen.

NEW FEATURE: Ride Receipts can print a work sheet in either numerical or alphabetical order that you can use for recording the ticket counts when you do the weighing or counting. If you set the Ticket Count Transaction screen to bring up the rides in the same order, you can have the program skip over the Ride # field and list and go directly to the Count field. After entering the count, when you hit enter or tab, the Save/Another pushbutton becomes active and you can just press the enter key. The next ride in order will be displayed and you need only enter the count. By skipping these fields, you will only be doing two steps. Enter the count and tab key and then the enter key. This makes the process very fast!
