Draws

The Employee Draws screen lists each employee's current net pay after draws and the total draws posted against the current pay period.

The employees are listed in alphabetical order. To add a draw, you can select the employee by clicking on his or her name in the list, or you can enter the first several letters of the employees last name in the Last Name field and the program will find the record. You then enter the new draw amount. The screen will recalculate showing the new accumulated draws and net pay. The amount is accumulated in the employees record in the Employee Master File. After the current payroll is calculated, the draws are zeroed out  and the process starts over for the next pay period.
